The villa is set in a small complex of four houses each completely independent and private. In the garden there is an infinity sea water swimming pool with a shaded dining area, a shaded seating area, a pool shower, a bar and various seating areas, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the stunning sunsets. Just off the lower garden level, there are steps leading directly to the sea.

The Villa is located in the area of Mellisaki. Mellisaki is 10 minutes by car from the port of Korissia, there is a dirt road of about 2.7 kilometers to the house, so a 4 X 4 is recommended but not necessary
